Hoshin Kanri

Visual Strategic Planning

Hoshin Kanri stands as the preeminent strategic planning methodology for contemporary organizations. This approach empowers enterprises to translate overarching visions into individual accountabilities through adaptable strategic management. Originating from Japan, Hoshin Kanri, also known as policy deployment, represents a cornerstone of Total Quality Management embraced by a growing array of businesses.

Developed by Dr. Yogi Akao and Mizamoto in response to insights from Deming, Juran, and other leadership figures, Hoshin Kanri fosters rigorous strategic planning and quality enhancement. Within this framework, "hoshins"—key initiatives driving transformative change—are pivotal, serving as ambitious objectives crucial for organizational advancement and continuous improvement efforts.

We conduct retreats for organizations needed a strategic advantage in the marketplace. Sessions typically are 2 - 3 days in length. Contact us for details.

In the 1990s, Karen had the privilege of participating in workshops led by Yogi Akao, the pioneering creator of Hoshin Kanri and QFD (Quality Function Deployment).
These sessions provided her with invaluable insights, culminating in the development of a structured methodology for integrating product design principles into strategic planning processes.

Our mission

We're on a mission to change the way the housing market works. Rather than offering one service or another, we want to combine as many and make our clients' lives easy and carefree. Our goal is to match our clients with the perfect properties that fit their tastes, needs, and budgets.

Our vision

We want to live in a world where people can buy homes that match their needs rather than having to find a compromise and settle on the second-best option. That's why we take a lot of time and care in getting to know our clients from the moment they reach out to us and ask for our help.
